We understand the challenges faced by mothers with postpartum mental illness. We recognize that medication may pose risks to the baby's health, creating additional stress and worry for these mothers. That's why we provide free formula to ensure that mothers can focus on their mental health without worrying about the financial burden of purchasing formula. Our goal is to offer support and alleviate the concerns of mothers during this challenging time, ensuring that both mother and baby receive the care they need.

For me, bottle feeding was admitting failure and felt like the worst mother ever, so bad that I could barely look at her. Thank you for wiping away that guilt, helping me with the cost of formula, and teaching me how to enjoy the precious days that fly so fast as she is growing into a little person.

NEW!

Hush the Silence

Hush the Silence is a new project created by young adults who grew up around parental addiction and know how isolating the silence can be. Thanks to funding from The National Lottery Community Fund, we’re supporting children affected by parental mental illness or addiction through mentoring, support groups, and a powerful awareness campaign.

We’re now inviting brave young people who are living with, or have lived with, parental addiction to join us—whether for support, creativity, or just to feel less alone. Parents who want to meet others, share experiences, and begin to rebuild trust are also warmly welcome.

Sessions take place on Sundays and some Wednesdays, with therapeutic groups for children, mentoring from those with lived experience, and parent workshops designed to open up honest conversation and connection.

We’re open to new referrals—please complete our contact form or visit our referral page. You are not alone.
